At SheaLuxCo LLC. I know things happen and nothing is perfect. As a chandler I strive to create the SAFEST products for my consumers. I personally conduct rigorous testing on each candle to provide stability and ultimate fragrance throw for each candle I create. Here are a few commonly asked questions. Hopefully this will help!

"I bought a candle that doesn't come in a jar, how do I burn it"? Some candles crafted by SheaLuxCo are free standing, or pillar candles. This type of candle requires to be burnt on an even surface and under a heat resistant plate or bowl to catch the melted wax. If placed in such, the candle will last longer.

"I just placed my order. When will it ship"? All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after purchase. If experiencing a high influx of orders you will be notified via email regarding the delay. 

" Do I light both wicks on my candle"? Some candles have more than one wick. Yes, you should light both wicks when burning to experience the amazing smell.
